Don Black, OBE, (born Donald Black on June 21, 1938 in London, England, United Kingdom) is an English lyricist who helped with the music in Thomas and the Magic Railroad. He worked with Hummie Mann, Don Nemitz and Sue Ennis.

He has worked on many films including, "True Grit", "Out of Africa", "Tomorrow Never Dies", "The World is Not Enough" and "Madagascar".
