Ryō Horikawa

Ryō Horikawa (born on February 1, 1958) is a Japanese voice actor who provided voices in the Japanese dub of Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends from 1990 until 2006.

He also provided a voice for Thomas and the Magic Railroad.
