The trumpet creature is a creature who sometimes performed as part of The Jukebox Band.
The creature has a trumpet for a mouth, and an extremely flexible body. It appeared in the episodes, Schemer's Special Club and The Mayor Runs for Re-Election, as well as the specials Second Chances and Queen for a Day.
